There are different ways that one can make and present a presentation. The main goal is to get your message/point across to the audience without confusion. Then you think about one presenting skill. It is important not to read off the slides and engage the reader by making it look like you are emotionally invested by speaking to them. Here are some tips and ways to create and present a solid presentation.
1. Incorporate lots of visuals

Visuals are essential to engage your audience and catch their attention in the first 10 seconds. Incorporating visuals that correlate to the message you're trying to convey is an excellent way for your audience to visualize the message. It is also essential to ensure you have little to no words on your slides. This will make it easier for the presenter not to read off the slides and make it more entertaining and impressive for the audience and the presenter. Creating visual images of statistics and graphs is another way of incorporating factual information into pictures.
2. Make it short and concise

Remember not to make your presentation too long. This will cause your audience to get distracted and sidetracked. Keeping your presentation under eight minutes is the goal. I think the shorter, the better, but you need to ensure that you're including all of the information in your presentation and not leaving anything out because you want to make your presentation as short as possible. To help guide you, always think about the problem, solution, and impact. Aligning the presentation that you are creating with these three steps is one of the things that will help you be successful.
3. What to include in your presentation

Lastly, to wrap it up, there are just a couple of things that you must include in your presentation in order to be successful. The first thing that I already talked about was visuals. The more visuals, the better in the sense of not making it overwhelming and distracting. The next thing is little to no words. You don't want to distract the reader by having them read the slides, and as a presenter, you don't want to be reading off the slides. Make sure to include cohesive composition and layout. Making the colors align, and the layout visually appealing will help engage your audience more. Overall, doing these things will help the presenter and the audience be successful.
